Police action - abuse of power?

I work in the US so our laws and procedure are much different. That being said, you have nothing to lose by talking to a supervisor about the issue to see where you stand. Don't call it in as a complaint, but rather in as a manner of having questions to begin with. Our department does have policies regarding our off duty behavior.
