I need to know if my name is listed in probate records. Is there a national archive or database?

Someone left me money in their will, some sort of fund or sorts. I have been told that the executor is "waiting it out" so they do not have to give it to me. How can I find out for sure, no one is willing to tell me anything, it is all hush hush. Is there a national archive or database where I can check to see if my name is listed?
