Recorded Executor's Deed?
My husband's brother left him a home when he passed away. The house isn't paid off and I've been trying to get the loan changed to my husbands name. The loan is with Citimortage and I have sent everything they ask for and they keep coming back with something else that they need to transfer this loan. Now they are asking for a recorded Executor's Deed that clearly indicates the page, book and county in which the deed was recorded. I tried to talk to Citimortgage but these people must be in another country because they are clueless as to what I'm asking them. I sent them a copy of the Executor's Deed but apparently that's not what they are needing. Does anybody know exactly what the Recorded Executor's Deed is? Is it different than an Executors Deed? I went to the county records building downtown Dallas and got a copy of everything that has been filed with the Will, surely I have what their looking for?
