Was 16 Silver Quarters at 86.00 a good deal?

I bought 16 silver quarters for 86.00 total price and the spot silver price/melt value is ..or was 98.00..Is it a good buy? Watching ebay prices and bidding i rarely see silver/junk silver sell for less than what its worth let alone 10.00 less. All coins look to be in fairly good shape.now worn.Thanks
