Is there a way to deny someone their part of a will?

There are three heirs in my grandmother's will. Myself, and two uncles. One of the uncles is the executor and the other is the uncle which I am concerned with. He stole very large amounts of money, appliances, and medication from my grandmother on three separate occasions in the passed year, one resulting in Adult Protective Services coming in and forcing him from the home, however, my grandmother did not press charges. She did mean to remove him from the will after that, but died recently before she was able to make the change. Is there a way for my uncle who is the executor to remove him from the will? And if so, what documents do we need to support our case?

What do I do with my seized chocolate?

If moisture got into it, it may have seized and needs to be thrown out. Once this happens it cannot be re-melted. However, you may just have it at too high of a temperature. Chocolate melts best at a LOW heat setting. Take the chocolate off the heat and try heating it on low again once it has cooled. Do not put it in the refrigerator, this will cause it to condensate and thus - seize due to moisture. Let it cool to room temperature and try on low heat. If this doesn't work, you may need to start over with chocolate that you haven't heated or added anything to yet.

What would happen if the Executor kept all the funds and property and did not divide assets as documented?

The executor lives in the house to be devided ,will not leave and he is taking all the assets,he beleives the will is just based upon the wishes and not legal binding unless we take him to court

Mom passed away. Have to inventory assets. How do I do it without hurting feelings?

My mother recently passed away. I am the executor of her estate. She shared a home with a live-in companion (they were not married) for 14 years. Mom had an extensive doll collection that I must now inventory and have appraised. I have been putting off doing it because I do not want to hurt my "step-dad" feelings. However, I really have to take possession of it soon. How can I do this tactfully?

Please list various types of uncommonly listed magic users.?

Hi, can anyone help me with a list of various types of magic users that ARE NOT commonly listed on magic user lists? The common types normally listed are: witch, wizard, mage. I don't want the names of famous magic users/ characters like Harry Potter,Dumbledore, etc., just the different types. There has got to be more types out there than a wizard, sorcerer, or mage, thnx.

I need help with my yugioh deck (yes it is a meta deck) 10 points for most help?

your deck can be beaten by my king tiger wangu, its effect is that it destroys any monster, or token that has an atk of 1400 or less, and use more traps, my trademark trap in my decks is fairy box, basicly any time you attack me or my monsters i can flip a coin if i call it correctly your monsters atk becomes zero, its deadly with 2 robbin goblins or airknight parshath, this way your monster dies, you discard 2 cards from your hand and take 1900 damge and i draw 1 card due to my guys effect, all i have to pay is 500 life points during my draw phase to keep my trap in play
