My late father made a Will But is confusing need HELP!!!?

Hello, i have some big big issues on my shoulders which is eating me up something i wish never happens to anyone at my age (20) ...Well my father died a month ago which we were be st friends and ate me up but before he died by a month he had made a will..hhe didnt trust neone so he put it in my unclesname as the executor and i have a sister he stated ont eh will that we can inherit and sell the property when we are 30.... only thing im scared fo is of my uncle coz hes a bit on the shifty side and he does sneaky things..is there a way he can put the property in his name and push me and my sister in the dark and we dnt get anything out of it? or is it all safe?
