An individual is executor over a will, there are 3 named in the will, including the executor, the executor is?

the executor is not sharing any information with the other 2 named in the will; she has an attorney and the attorney will not return any calls, the executor has sold property entered into the estate as property can they do this and doesn't this need to be disclosed to the other 2 heirs named in the will, or do we need to get an attorney to see what the executor is really up to?
