Would Mold Master's factory be a healthy environment to work in?

If you don't know, Mold Masters is a company that produces plastic products that are used in automotive, medical, packaging, consumer and electronics markets. Since it's never a good idea to microwave plastic containers and eat out of them, how healthy would it be to be in a factory that is melting plastic all around you. Would the fumes in the air be okay to breathe?
