Estate will executor failing?

How long can an executor in the state of Washington sit on a house without selling it? There are no debts in estate and some money has been released but the house is still not up for sale after one year already. Also executor does not keep us informed at all. He had a garage sale 3 months ago and never informed us of the results. Do we have a case against the executor?
