There are three heirs in my grandmother's will. Myself, and two uncles. One of the uncles is the executor and the other is the uncle which I am concerned with. He stole very large amounts of money, appliances, and medication from my grandmother on three separate occasions in the passed year, one resulting in Adult Protective Services coming in and forcing him from the home, however, my grandmother did not press charges. She did mean to remove him from the will after that, but died recently before she was able to make the change. Is there a way for my uncle who is the executor to remove him from the will? And if so, what documents do we need to support our case?

I received two ten week old kittens from a lady last week who had given them flea, ear mite and deworm treatments. Last week they also went into the vet for their first distemper vaccinations and a check up. Everything was good on them. Starting today one of the kittens won't touch their food and rarely will drink the water maybe for sips here and there but rarely. It slept most the day but when its up it does play just had it had the last couple days. I'm wondering if this is normal for kittens. Also the food I'm feeding them is the same the lady used for them and he had been eating it just fine. What you are doing is second-guessing the provisions of the will. Which means you are "contesting" the will. In most states, probate courts oversee the process, so in a sense you already ARE in court, just not you personally. You will need a lawyer and then you will have to file a petition with the court to contest the will. It will not be easy and it will be expensive. I know I have it written in my will that anyone contesting any part of my will, will receive $20 instead of any other provision I may have made. If the will in your case has such an exclusion clause, you will forfeit anything you may have received or would have received and get a $20 bill AND have to pay all of your lawyer fees. Your first thing to do is get a copy of the will so you can read it word by word along with your lawyer. THEN, you evaluate whether you have a case against the executors. They essentially pay the bills first, which may necessitate liquidating assets which you think you should get under the will... and then divide the remainder according to the provisions in the will, if there are any, and then use their judgement on the final remains that is not specified.

I was going to give him a kiss, but instead I turned on the lights. When I did that, there was no one in the room! I ran out screaming, almost crying. Also, I played the ouja bored once, and i can tell you that it works as well. There was stuff that just started happening, noises, in the kitchen WHEN NO ONE WAS THERE! It was a full moon, I did research because I was so curious to see if it worked. If you play on a full moon it's said that all the spirits are out wandering around, if u light a wax candle it makes it even better. I couldn't sleep at night, I was scarred as hell! The worst incident that happened was when I feel asleep, I felt half asleep and I could see my surrounding, WEIRD, anyways I saw something and I could feel a presence coming towards me fast as hell. I couldn't move and I knew it was going to jump on me whatever it was, I SCREAMED SO LOUD THAT I WOKE UP EVERYONE IN THE HOUSE. My dad and everyone where surrounding me and shaking me, it took me a couple of seconds, or minutes to wake up and realize that they were around me. I will never play that game again! I believe in ghosts, devil, got. Science only goes so far and then comes god!

Sedation is fine u will have someone monitoring u at all times. U will also be hooked up to a machine to monitor ur vitals just like at doctors. Blood pressure cuff on arm the little thing on ur finger they will monitor your heart. They put meds through an IV and tell u to count down from 10 u will fall asleep looking at them watching u. After that they do there thing pulling ur teeth. If ur oxygen goes low they just crank up the oxygen on the machine because u will be on oxygen. U wont remember anything u wont wake up until they wake u up. When u wake up u will be extremely tired wondering what the hell happened. But its really not that bad. Trust me. You can ask the anesthesiologist all these questions hos job is to make u comfortable answering your questions as well as sedate you. Oh and when I had my teeth pulled and they sedated me I felt really jot and my chest got kind of tight and I felt like ants were biting me. I started to panic and they could see that they asked me what was wrong and I told them and they assured me it was ok and gave me some more meds and the symptoms went away. I just got a Babycakes Cake Pop maker, and I love it! The only issue I'm having is dipping them. I've inserted the sticks (with some melted candy melts), and I've let them chill. When I read a religious book like the Bible or the Quran. I think it is ridiculous that people could believe such nonsense. But I don't blame the people of the past. They didn't know better. Preparing the soil and garden for planting?

I moved into a new house last winter and was delighted to hear it had a huge garden in the backyard. Unfortunately, once the snow melted I was disappointed to find it in awful shape. I have fixed the stones around the edges and removed all the garbage and such but once it got the slightest bit warm it exploded with weeds of every sort. Excruciating toothache. Relief?

Already been to doctor. Was referred to oral surgeon who can't see me for two more weeks. Need four teeth extracted. One is abscessed and has had me in EXTEME pain for almost two days. Only relief ive had is by putting ice on the problem tooth, but the pain returns with a vengeance within 10 seconds of ice melting, so I can't sleep. Any ideas? I'm losing my mind.

Why can't I lose weight when I've been busting my butt?!?!?

I'm a 36 yr old female, 5'3, 169lbs. I have been eating low carbs (my carbs come from fruit, vegetables, and some low carb pitas) and doing zumba 6 days a week for almost 7 weeks now. I've lost 11lbs, but for some strange reason NO inches. About 5 yrs ago I did low carb (Atkins) and lost 50lbs in 3 months without any exercise at all! Over the years I was always able to fall back into low carb to lose winter weight. I'm becoming very frustrated and discouraged. I have not had more than 20-30 carbs in one day, and probably eat about 1200-1500 calories. I drink about 70 ounces of water, I don't consume any caffeine at all, and I take fish oil, and vitamin B complex. Is there anyone out there that could have a suggestion for me? I know your only supposed to lose 2lbs a week, but like I said, I've been doing this on and off for 5 yrs and usually atleast lose 20lbs in the first 3 weeks. I know I'm getting older, but the Zumba kicks my a$$, so you'd think the fat would be melting away! Any one with advice would be great! Thanks so much :)

i'm not sure where you herd that spell casters deck aren't used any more unless your not incluing gravekeepers which are really hard to beat. you seem to be going for a beat down version rather than using a spell counter, spell barrier, or choas versions or even a mixture of two. some people i know use a spell barrier choas versions where they use high atk light and dark spell castors and when the oppanant brings out star dust they bring out choas socuaser, in a spell counter one which i tried, their you use the spell counters to get rid of monsters and traps which get in the way. i found this to be too slow to use right and stuff like skill drain would really stop me so if your going for one i would etheir say go for grave keepers or a chous spell barrier one they work although my own version of choas spell barrier didn't my might try it again some time. by spell barrier i mean secret village of the spellcasters x 3 plus traps to stop them mind you frog monarch will squash this flat.

I've been trying to lose some weight, eat healthier, and work out every other day. A few months ago, I was doing this perfectly. My wife’s grandmother recently past. Last November my wife’s grandmother called her and asked her to be the executor over her estate and insurance policies if she were to die. He is trying to prevent me from getting the house by taking the car knowing that I cannot come up with the value of the car to close out the estate. Is it estimated that she has around $4,000 in debt including the attorney. What i'm saying is, and what whas explained to me by the lawyer..... real estate is the last thing in probate that can be sold, cars have to be sold before real estate. Can he do the $2 purchase of the car and pass on the $4,000 to me knowing that I cannot pay that? If he sold the car, the estate would actually be in the positive around $1,000 allowing the estate to close and me to acquire the house. The executor is also saying that he has paperwork saying that if the house is sold, the money is split between the four biological sons of my grandmother instead of me. This, however, was not filed at the courhouse. He is basically trying to get a car for free and get a cut out of what belongs to me while leaving me with nothing.

I was the only one there in the hospital.I wake up at 3 or 4am in the morning some days and just start thinking about him. I do not know how to get the last 2 days out of my head. He didnt even look like my dad anymore. His body was so swollen and he was in end stage heart failure. I held his hand through it all every time the hospital had visits. The night before he died, I knew it was soon because ICU let me stay 4 hours past visiting. I went home that night and got a call in the morning saying he had another cardiac arrest and they put him on a ventilator which they were not supposed to do because I gave them the living will and I had Power of Attorney. I went in to the hospital thinking I was going to have to remove my dad from ventilator and wasnt sure if I could. The nurses brought me in to see him. I went in and saw him on that tube and breathing machine. Thinking he was still alive because I saw his stomach going up and down, I kissed him on the head and held his hand, 1 minute later, the stupid nurse told me he died 7 mins ago.. I had no idea he wasnt alive, then when I looked at him I saw how his face was turned. I fell to the ground and started screaming. They had to put me in a wheel chair because I couldnt get up. I hate that the nurses did that to me. I dont know how to get over any of this any more. How long will this take? I cry where it feels like I wont stop some times. I could be doing well for few weeks and then all of the sudden I get really upset again. I miss him so much. I took care of him the last 3 years because of his short term memory loss from previous strokes and my step mother divorced him and I stepped up because he did need some help with small things. How do I get through this. My own blood related sister wasnt even there while he was dying because she was on drugs. My ex step mom gave me difficulty in letting my half brother and half sister come in and say good bye just in case it was really the end. I deal with his death on a daily basis because I am the Executor of estate. I am so tired of all this and need help. Please help me

My Pelonis space heater shorted out and caused a fire. Do I have a case?

My Pelonis ceramic space heater caused a fire in my family room. I'm so glad we were home and awake! The heater was off but still plugged in. Honestly during the winter it's a permanent fixture in that room because it gets so cold. We do turn it off but typically do not unplug it. The other morning I heard what sounded like a cell phone vibrating, very loudly I might add. The next thing I new I heard my husband screaming "fire, fire, fire....He's your typical goof ball...so I figured he's goofing off with the kids...I turned around and looked into the family room and saw he was serious. There was a fire up the wall and behind the chair. He was able to get the fire out on his own however there was some damage. The plug on the heater shorted out (actually melted in the outlet). We did get an estimate for the damages and it's just over 8,000.00. We do have home owners insurance but I'm curious to know if it's worth the time and effort to try to have the manufacturer of the heater pay for the damages. It could have been a lot worse had we not been home and/or asleep but if this could be faulty manufacturing I don't think it's fair we are stuck with a large deductible.

If the executor dosen't comply with the terms in the will what can be done?

I may cuss a bit in writing this but it's because I'm pissed. This ***** is the executor of my mothers will and is doing nothing. All the while, my mom's property sits in the executors home, being used by her and her family. She has a daughter that's sticking her ugly nose into it and making matters worse. In the will it states that my sister and I are to receive all of her personal property, real and otherwise and it's to be divided between us evenly. This ***** ain't done **** to get this process started done and over with. My God, I just want to get through this ordeal and move on with my life. What can I do to kick this ***** in the ***? We're talking only a few thousand dollars in value, but it's the sentimental part that counts. My sister was left executor (executrix) of my fathers will. My father has 6 children and named the oldest as executrix. She has all legal rights to take care of his estate. Probate/Will/Estate question about what was willed to me?

I live in Texas 4 years ago my parents died leaving property in a will. The will was probated and one year later was closed with 1/9 th ownership of the property between me and my 9 siblings. My question is, how can the property be being rented out without my permission and monies being collected on? Can only one sibling make that decision? And what can I do to stop it? I have a legal question concerning executing a will?

My mother recently passed away and I am the executor of her estate. When I executed her will at the courthouse, they informed me that I could only pay up to $3,500 towards her funeral expenses. She had two life insurance policies with no beneficiary that she bought to cover the cost of her burial. Can I go ahead and sign those over to the funeral home without fear of being held in contempt? Or do I have to pay them the $3,500 cash, finance the remainder, wait for the 90 day probate to end and then pay off the loan?
