What was this game called?

It was a game where there were prisoners and they we're getting the death penalty and you were the executor and you could kill them by gun,gas,machete etc. and it was on addicting games or something like that and in the intro it shows a guy getting a sheet by fax and it shows a stick figure and it said prisoner 556781 or something like that but could anybody help/
