Then ask the attorney to get a court order demanding that your aunt present you with an audited accounting of all money going which your grandmother left you and your sister. Your attorney should ask the court to require your aunt to pay for the CPA. If the auditors find that any money was misappropriated, your aunt may face embezzlement charges as well as a civil suit.
