Should i agree to sign this lease?

my great grandmother has just passed, there is no clear view of how assets are to be divided or awarded but my grandmother has taken the position of executor because nobody else wanted to. i was wondering if i should sign the lease she proposed to me? she says it's just to cover all of every ones bases because we are not sure if the property (house & land) are going into probate.
