Can I put my portion of inherited property up for sale?

Can I sale my portion of a home that I inheritated with my siblings up for sale since I am owed 1/3rd. My sister is the executor and the home is free and clear of any mortgages or liens. The home is in the trust. She has been holding onto the home since our father passed in June 2008 hoping that "the market will get better" I really need my portion neither she or my brother can afford to buy me out.
