Can I just sell a house that was left to me in a will?

My parents are both passed away. In their will I was left their house with the remaining mortgage on it. I am also executor of the estate. I have been paying on the mortgage for the past four years and really just want to sell it and move. My question is can I just sell it, since the will states it was left to me and I was appointed executor?
