I want to know if I have the right to stay in my now deceased mothers home?

I am 51 years old and on ssi, I am currently living in my deceased mothers home which is for sale, my problem is my sister is executor to the will and wants me out as soon as possible. I am a capable adult female and have taken good care of the place, she threatens me all the time with putting me in a home which is not an ideal situation since I do have a cat. What rights do I have in this situation can I stay temporarily since I have lived here for 5 years
