What would happen if I melted Paracetamol?

I don't know about hot water.... but basically when I was younger I also couldn't take pills easily... the doctor told me to take two table spoons and crush the paracetamol between them in to a powder.... add cold water in the spoon..... Have a very sweet drink in another glass.... quickly swallow the contents of the spoon, and drink plenty of juice or whatever you have that is sweet after and it will work fine
