my sister who is executor of my mams will everything has been paid and she is now at home after being here for 4 weeks she has closed my mams bank account and received a cheque from the bank and still not shared the money between myself and two sisters which she received nearly 4 weeks ago we have fell out and dont know what to do next it did not go to probate and there was no great deal of money but its thew priciple my mam wrote a will and she is not abiding by it help
