Why does Revelation 22 say both makers and lovers of lies (laws) are in the churches, but such are without?

God did not lie, man in his infinite ignorance and greed, decided we too can be as God through works of fleshly hands. If you say you keep the whole law, loving a lie, and commanding others to keep a law, no not one can keep, we make a lie.
