What is wrong with theses Yobs?

yesterday I was on my way down to join the Parade for the annual Armed Forces Day, proudly wearing my Medals. When a group of what I can only describe as yobs at a guess I would say in their early 20's started to call me names, spit at me call me a disgrace, and saying I should throw my medals away or get them melted down. I am not saying all youngsters of this age are the same as I know they are not. But why shouldn't I be proud of the fact I have served my country and be proud to wear my Medals, without having to go through this abuse. Have these what I call Yobs not got any respect at all.
