Should I feel guilty if I chase insurance money from good business entity ?

Greed is the main issue to avoid here I think. If the loss of your mother caused some financial dire straits, then it may be appropriate to seek reparations that treat that problem. But going whole hog after it for the love of money doesn't respect your mother's memory.
