What to do if the executor hasn't done anything in two years with my mothers estate .?

My mother passed away 2 yrs. ago. My daughter is a lawyer and the executrix. Her name, mine and my sister's name is on the deed. My sister and I are in the will. We haven't heard anything from the executor in two years. She will not respond. I hired a lawyer and a year later he returns my retainer and would not take the case. I'm retired now and can't afford another lawyer. We all live in different States. What are my options?
