Weight Loss Advice Please?

I have 1 thing to say to you: JUMP ROPE! trust me it works. It exercises all the muscles in your body, and it burns a lot calories. I didn't want to lose weight, but I wanted abs. I was doing a ton of situps but I wasn't getting results because I had some fat on my stomach. After a week of jumping rope everyday, I have pretty good abs. You should include it with some other workouts and eat healthy.
